Announcing the Winners of the
2008 Florida LAKEWATCH Calendar Photo Contest

The 12 images below were chosen by the LAKEWATCH contest judges to be featured in the first ever LAKEWATCH calendar. These images reflect the diversity of the waterbodies found in Florida and the various ways we Floridans enjoy our lakes and rivers. We received over 250 photographs for this contest and choosing only 12 for the calendar was a daunting task. We enjoyed looking at all of the pictures and we hope that you enjoy viewing the final selections. The staff at LAKEWATCH would like to congratulate all of the winners and we wish to thank all of the volunteers who participated in this contest.

Just click on any image to view it in the lightbox then use the left and right arrow keys to view images as a slideshow. Enjoy!
