Take a Photo! Florida LAKEWATCH 2008 Calendar Photography Contest The 2008 Calendar Contest has ended. The winners have already been notified by email. Florida LAKEWATCH is using photographs by volunteers for our first calendar (2008). Florida LAKEWATCH volunteers took the photographs and the content of the photographs was expected to be about the lake they sample. The categories for this year’s calendar were: Aesthetics/Scenic; Flora & Fauna; and Recreation. Members of the Florida LAKEWATCH staff were the contest judges and the twelve winning photographs will be featured in the Florida LAKEWATCH 2008 calendar and published on this website. The completed calendars will be distributed for donations. These donations will be contributed directly to the Florida LAKEWATCH building fund. Thanks to everyone who submitted photos! We received over 200 images - making it difficult to choose only 12! 2008 Calendar will be available October 22. |
